What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the category, specification and supplier. We share the verified minimum after reviewing the exact request.
Can samples be arranged?
Sample availability, cost, preparation time and shipping method are confirmed with the selected supplier.
How long does a quotation take?
We confirm a response timeframe once the specification is complete. If inputs are missing, we first issue a clear question list.
Which payment methods are available?
Currency, payment stages, beneficiary and method are determined in the transaction documents. Unverified payment details are not published.
How is the lead time calculated?
Production, inspection, packaging, documentation, routing and external constraints are considered. Milestones are agreed before order placement.
Who arranges logistics?
YAO CHENG’s role and the carrier are agreed per inquiry. We do not claim proprietary transport or customs representation without verification.
Do you coordinate documents?
We can coordinate an agreed set of commercial and shipping documents. Responsible parties confirm legal sufficiency for the destination.
Are OEM and ODM available?
This module is shown only for verified categories and suppliers. Current status: pending client confirmation.
Which languages do you support?
The service structure supports Russian, English and Chinese. Team composition and service hours remain pending client confirmation.
